Location: The construction site in the Little Seoul district, in the central part of Los Santos, close to Franklin's first house.
While driving along the construction site in Los Santos (the Little Seoul district, to the North-West of Franklin's house) you may watch a cutscene of an unfortunate accident. Reach the construction site quickly and, after you listen to the cry of the trapped worker, get into the bulldozer (HVY Dozer) parked nearby.
Use the bulldozer to unblock the driver's door of the damaged truck. After you do that, retreat with the bulldozer to a safe distance and wait for the explosion. You now need only to receive the thanks from the saved worker.
