Skylaks the Fair

1. Where to find him? Euboea, near the leader's house.
2. Recommended character level: At least 14.
3. Description: Easy to kill - just get to the house and take the target down. He's the leader of the region. Complete "Snake in the Grass" to learn his location.

Monger

1. Where to find him? No info.
2. Recommended character level: Around 22
3. Description: You kill him as a part of the main quest.

Silanos of Paros

1. Where to find him? No info.
2. Recommended character level: Around 22
3. Description: You can uncover the identity of the cultist by completing main quests for Myrrine.

Kallias

1. Where to find him? During the Olympics quest line.
2. Recommended character level: Around 34
3. Description: You can uncover the identity of the cultist by completing the mission, in which you poison Alkibiades.

Lagos the Archont

1. Where to find him? During the main quest line.
2. Recommended character level: Around 26
3. Description: You can uncover the identity of the cultist by completing main quests. Should you complete the missions according to Brasidas' plans, you can kill the Monger in the cave and save Lagos' family, before being able to convince him to leave the Cult of Kosmos. Otherwise, you will have to kill him.

The leader - Pausanias

1. Where to find him? During the main quest line.
2. Recommended character level: Around 36
3. Description: You can uncover the identity of the cultist by completing main quests. If you convince Lagos to drop out of the cult, you will be able to learn the truth about Pausanias. Another way of obtaining the hints is killing Stentor in combat.
