Reputation is another important statistic in Rogue Trader. With a high reputation with the given faction, you'll be able to access better and more valuable items at their merchants, so on this page we show how to quickly improve Reputation and unlock the ability to purchase the most powerful weapons and armor the faction has to offer.
What is reputation?
Reputation is a measure of your relations with various factions of Koronus Expanse. The higher the reputation with a faction, the better items you'll be able to buy from their traders. In addition to unique weapons and armor, merchants also offer gadgets like grenades, multikeys, medkits and other useful items.
Your current standing with a faction can be viewed by opening the trade window (reputation appears on the left side of the screen). Additionally, required Reputation level for a purchase of a specific item appears next to it. High Reputation and Profit Factor will allow you to buy virtually anything.

How to increase reputation?
Increasing reputation with a specific faction can be done in two ways:
- Completing faction orders.
- Delivering desired cargo.
To deliver cargo, in the trade window, enter the Reputation tab and choose cargo you want to deliver to the faction. Each faction request different cargo, so you won't be able to empty your inventory completely at one merchant. To view the reputation gain for delivering a given item, look to the left side of the screen.
You can additionally click on Show Tradable option to check what cargo can you hand in. Finally, for more reputation gain, you can transfer items straight from your backpack.
