Volcano Manor Invitation
There are two ways of accessing Volcano Manor. One of them involves an NPC called Rya/Zoraya, and a quest that has concludes with you receiving the Volcano Manor Invitation.

Getting to the Volcanic Manor on your own
The second way of getting access to this region is through Volcano Manor'smain gate. Make your way to the Altus Plateau region, and then travel to Mt. Gelmir , From there you need to go northwest, passing by a big tree that is marked on your map
Continue to a destroyed bridge, cross it, and you'll reach the base of Mt. Gelmir. ,
There are several enemies in the area, along with a guard protecting the entrance to the Volcano Manor. Once area is clear, you're free to enter the new region.
Patches
The final option of accessing Volcano Manor involves listening to tips offered by Patches, an NPC in Liurnia of the Lakes.
He can be found on a small island, west from the golden telescope, near Scenic Isle site of grace. During the conversation with Patches, he'll say that Iron Maiden, located on the lowest level of Raya Lucaria, can teleport you to the area close to Volcano Manor.
Use the waterwheel to get below and slide down from the platform. This is where the Iron Maiden can be found.
To be able to teleport, you need to get yourself killed by being sucked inside the Iron Maiden.
You'll be taken toVolcano Manor . You now need to jump down to lava on the right and then quickly get through it to reach safe ground.
