There are two ways to buy your dream house: via a website or by traversing the city looking for Dynasty 8 signs.
Open Dynasty 8 website - look for it in Money and Services tab. Here you can buy both houses and garages. On the website there is a map with all properties that are currently for sale. If you find a particularly interesting offer, click on the marker on the map and select Click for details. The next page contains the estate's description. Now you have three options.
- Get Directions - puts a route to a given estate on your GPS
- Purchase Property - if you have enough money, you may become a happy proprietor of a house or apartment
- Return to Map - if the selected offer does not stand to your expectations or you simply cannot afford it, go back to the previous screen to look for something more suitable
In your travels across Los Santos and Blaine county you may come across a Dynasty 8 sign. If you like the property that it is standing next to, and you happen to have enough money, do not hesitate and buy the place. You just need to approach the sign and press a button, to purchase the house.
