Search the Federal District for the stolen air taxi
Talk to the transport official found in the northern part of the map and accept the quest.
You'll encounter a few people laying on the ground while looking for the taxi. Talking to them will let you learn where the thief went.
Go to the south-western area of the Federal District. The stolen taxi is behind a building.
Speak to the thieves and defeat the thieves
To get the taxi back you must pay 14,500 Studs, then defeat the thief and their minions. Watch out for the bombs the lead thief throws. If you see a red circle underneath you immediately run or dodge.
After defeating all enemies the official will appear. Talk to him to complete the quest.
