Money Lending and Other Sins V is the next part of the quest which was first received during Chapter 2 of RDR2.

Money Lending and Other Sins V is another debt collecting mission in Red Dead Redemption 2. The first quest from this series was available in chapter 2. The fifth mission is available in chapter 4.

Meet Leopold Strauss in the gang hideout in the swamps - this hideout is available in chapter 4. This time, Strauss asks you to visit only one debtor.

Algie Davison is your target. Go to Catfish Jackson. This place is west of the gang hideout and south of Braithwaite Manor. Avoid entering the manor's terrains - you don't want additional problems. Algie is leaning on a fallen tree (the picture above).

Follow the drunk man to the main building of the homestead. Reach the stash. Algie will attack Arthur while he is trying to collect the money (the other man escapes and hides under a bed - you can ignore him). Defeat Algie in melee combat or take out a firearm and shoot him.

Your new objective is to search the house and look for the stash. Algie's Debt Money is in the bedroom - the money is in the chest next to the bed (see the picture above). You can leave this location or stay and search the entire house. One of the things that you can find is, i.e. a Cigarette Card.
