Jobs are the game's fundamental feature

Jobs are the most important aspect of GTA Online. Taking part in them earns you money and reputation points. What is more, through participation in jobs you get practical experience which, though does not influence any in-game statistics, increases your chances of getting a high final position - the more you race, the better driver you as a player become. An undeniable advantage is that currently you are not limited to races and missions. You can also take part in Deathmatch games, parachuting, or Survival mode. As for me, the Survival mode is, right next to missions, the most interesting of all jobs, probably because it is quite demanding and offers gameplay that is typical for Online games which require cooperation between players.
