How to find Ffion?

Accept the task from the woman near the entrance at Sharess' Caress. Next, go through Raphael's room and jump onto the roof.

Walk around the building and jump onto the balcony. Open the door, search the room and interact with the corpse under the bed. Cast the Speak with the Dead spell on it.

You've just found Ffion - you can return to the woman in Sharess' Caress and turn in the quest.
