Something Ends, Something Begins is a short main quest that ends act 2 of The Thaumaturge game. In the walkthrough we described when you can start the quest and what traces are hidden in the fold's office and the fold's apartment.

In the final part of the second act of The Thaumaturge, you must complete a smaller main quest called Something Ends, Something Begins. The walkthrough in our guide explains how to unlock this quest, how to search Faldjey's study and apartment, and how the meeting with Faldjey goes.

Unlocking the quest

1. This quest will begin in the Faldjey's study after escaping from the Citadel during the In the Abyss main quest.

Talking with Faldjey

1. In the study you can find several observations thanks to perception - Pistol Bullets and Patient Charts. You will unlock Emir's Clinic conclusion.
2. Enter Faldjey's apartment and look for further traces - Home Medicine Chest, Chamail, Chess and Letters. You will get Emir's House conclusion.
3. Interacting with the table in the picture will start a conversation with Faldjey. You can express any opinion about Samir.
4. After ending the conversation, you will unlock At the Crossroads and A Fourth for Bridge main quests. After leaving Faldjey's tenement house, you will start Act 3.
