Changing the time of day allows you to explore Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth game locations during the day, night or evening. From the guide you will learn how to speed up the passage of time and set a different time.

In Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, some activities can only be approached at a specific time of the day, and for 100% completion, at some point, you're going to need to change it from the current one. On this page of our guide, we show how to adjust the time of day and inform at what point of the game exactly the game makes that possible.

How to unlock option to change time?

1. For most of the game you can't choose the time of day. The game sometimes changes time of day because of the story (e.g. arriving at an important meeting in the evening hours).
2. The option to freely change the time of day is unlocked only in the Finale chapter, and you can access it additionally later in the endgame phase. To change the time in Honolulu, you need to get to the upper floor of Revolve Bar and use the bed (screenshot 1). In Yokohama, for the same option, you need to go to Survive Bar and use the changing room (screenshot 2).

In both cases, a menu will appear with available options. There are 3 of them, and you can choose:

1. Rest until noon - the time of the day will change to daylight hours
2. Rest until evening - the time of the day will change to evening hours
3. Rest until nighttime - the time of the day will change to nighttime

What does choosing the time of day give?

1. The main reason you may have for choosing a different time of the day is unlocking access to a quest or a side activity that can only be initiated at a specific time. This applies, among others, to Substories, Drink Links conversations or some of the mini-games.
2. Information about when you can perform certain activities can be found in the Tasks tab in the pause menu. The example in the screenshot shows that marked Walk & Talk meeting can only take place during daylight hours.
