The short answer is no. The game has no choices - the whole gameplay is very linear. Although we meet different NPCs, we can't make any choices while talking to them, etc. The game has just a hint of nonlinearity by offering side missions where the majority of them are hidden. Also, the player has a lot of freedom in exploring the offices.
As for the ending, the game has only one. What is more, it is quite open and clearly indicates the continuation of the adventures of Jesse Faden. However, don't worry - the adventure and gameplay in Control is interesting enough that it doesn't need illusory choices.
