On this page of our Elden Ring guide, you can find the list of all Sorceries and Incantations appearing in the starting region of the game (Limgrave) We list the spells and show how to get the individual ones.
To use sorceries, you need to have a staff equipped and have the chosen spell placed in a memory slot, which is done at any Site of Grace. The same applies to Incantations, except in that case you need Talismans or Seals.
There is 1 Sorcery and 5 Incantations to obtain while in Limgrave.

Travel to the Church of Dragon Communion. To get Dragonclaw, you need to have at least one Dragon Heart to be able to buy it at the altar.

Go to the marked place on the map and enter Stormhill Evergaol. Defeat Crucible Knight to get the spell.

Go to the Rampart Tower, then go towards the three great hawks that will attack you. On the left there is the place with the third, last enemy This is where you have to jump on the wall, then point the camera down and jump down. Here you have to climb the wall, then point the camera down and climb down.
Continue forward to reach the Crucible Knight, who is in a form of a normal opponent. Defeat him to obtain the next Aspect of the Crucible.
Sorceries - Rancorcall [1]

Travel to the Rampart Tower, then go to the courtyard full of enemies. On the right, you will notice a body close to the edge. Jump down, landing on the ground, and further descend by following a path of lower and lower elements of the building.
You'll encounter a few rats - defeat them. Proceed and you'll see a scarab. Kill the scarab to get the spell.
