To use sorceries, you need to have a staff equipped and have the chosen spell placed in a memory slot, which is done at any Site of Grace. The same applies to Incantations, except in that case you need Talismans or Seals.

Incantations - Dragonbolt Blessing [1]
Travel to the marked area. You'll come across a church. The chest with the spell is inside.
Incantations - Lansseax's Glaive [2]
Go to the place indicated on the map. At the top of the cliff, you will be attacked by Ancient Dragon Lansseax. Defeat him to get the incantation.
Incantations - Wrath of Gold [3]
Travel to the marked area. You'll encounter ruins. To find the incantation, you need to descend below the ground level. The stairs that you can use are located inside of the building, but there are guards protecting them. Kill them or simply run past and open the chest with the incantation.
Incantations - Protection of the Erdtree [4]
This incantation is looted from a scarab. Go to the top of the stony structure to find it.
Incantations - Scouring Black Flame [5]
Travel to the marked area. Near the mill, you will be attacked by the Godskin Apostle . You can find him inWindmill Village .
Incantations - Fire's Deadly Sin [6]
To get this incantation, you first need to find a painting in Leyndell, and then go to the area marked on your map. Once you get the painting, a soul will appear in the area for a while.
Once its gone, Fire's Deadly Sin is yours.
Sorceries - Unseen Blade [1]
When you go to the indicated location on the map, you will notice a small statue along the way telling you to touch three phantoms. You will also get a map that will make your search much easier. When you find the phantoms, a previously hidden tower will appear. Enter it and get to the top to find a chest containing the sorcery.

When you go to the indicated location on the map, you will notice a small statue along the way telling you to touch three phantoms. You'll also get a map that will make the search easier. Once you interact with the phantoms, a previously hidden tower will appear - climb to the top of it and loot the chest to get the spell.
