On this page of our Rogue Trader guide, we explain how to save the reactor in Gleam of the Final Dawn quest. As per the quest, you'll have to meet with Aurora on Rykad Minoris and take care of Electro-Priests attempting to overload the reactor.
Gleam of the Final Dawn
One of the planets you'll visit in Chapter 1 of Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader is Rykad Minoris. During the quest called Gleam of the Final Dawn you'll meet a leader of the cult, Aurora.
After a short conversation, a battle against a large group of opponents will be initiated. Your task will be to prevent the reactor from overloading and subsequently, exploding.

How to save the reactor and deal with Aurora?
With the fight initiated, you'll see how many rounds are left to the explosion of the reactor on the screen. If you don't eliminate all Electro-Priests in the alloted time limit, the task will be failed.
You'll have to face as many as 24 enemies, but you should focus your attention on 5 Electro-Priests. Each Priest killed will lengthen the time left to the explosion by one round, and you can recognize these enemies by electrical discharges at the elements of the reactor.
In the intial phase of the battle, place 3 heroes on left and 3 heroes on the right side of the battlefield. More powerful heroes should focus on eliminating Electro-Priests, while the remaining party members should focus on lesser enemies. Use grenades and fire bombs on enemies close to each other.
