- Soul Coins are found as loot - you can find them lying in plain sight or hidden in containers.
- They're very small and easy to miss. Holding down the ALT key can make them easier to find, as it highlights objects in the area. Hold down ALT in every newly visited area.
How to use coins and what do they give you?
- Coins store souls, and their description will tell you they power Infernal Engines. Karlach has an Infernal Engine for a heart. You'll learn how to recruit the tiefling on the Karlach page in the Party chapter.
- You should move all acquired Soul Coins to Karlach's inventory. Also, make sure you've dragged them down onto her Bonus Actions quick select bar.
- Karlach can use Soul Coins in combat. During her turn, click the coin in the quick select bar to use it as a bonus action.
- This consumes the coin and empowers Karlach. She'll receive the Infernal Fury buff. It lets her deal more fire damage on melee and melee weapon attacks while Karlach is raging or below 25% health. The buff lasts until you take a long rest.
