The Tailor's Dilemmas is a side quest from the North Downtown district from the game The Thaumaturge. Our walkthorugh describes the rules of finding tailor inspiration - you will learn how to follow the collection of traces and how to unlock new outfits for Victor.

While visiting the tailor at the Tailor's Atelier in The Thaumaturge, you can unlock the Tailor's Dilemmas side quest. This walkthrough explains when you can unlock the optional quest, how to help the tailor with tailor inspirations, how to track search progress and how to put on new outfits designed by the tailor.

Unlocking the side quest

1. The opportunity to start this optional quest appears in Act 1 during the main quest The Reptilian Bash.
2. Wiktor will visit the Tailor's Atelier in the Northern Srodmiescie district to order an evening wear.
3. Search the building thoroughly. Use perception and you'll find the following observations: Coffee Cups, Imploring Note, Scribbled Patterns and Tailor's Mannequin. You will unlock the conclusion The Tailor's Struggles.

1. Talk to the tailor again and bring up the lack of inspiration for new outfits. Wiktor will offer help.

Finding tailor inspirations

1. From now on, you can find observations related to the tailor in the game world - scan all newly visited locations using perception and examine all discovered traces.
2. Observations related to the tailor will be placed in the Conclusions tab, in The Tailor's Dilemmas section (example items are shown in the screenshot).

1. You don't have to gather all the observations at once. You can return to the tailor with new inspirations and share them automatically during the conversation.
2. In the lower left corner of the screen you'll find information about new outfits that the tailor designed based on the provided inspirations.

1. In the Tailor's Atelier (as well as at the Szulski Family Tenement House) you will find a wardrobe where all unlocked outfits are placed. You can switch them for free to change Wiktor's outfit.
2. The changes are entirely cosmetic; outfit changes have no impact on your stats.
