Location: This mission becomes available after you complete the Seeking the Truth side mission. Wait for an e-mail from Marnie and access it to click on the link contained in the message. Thanks to this, you will visit the www.epsilonprogam.com site again. Select the option of donating $500 for the needs of the cult(the above screenshot).

The building where you meet with the Epsilonists

You now need to wait patiently until there appears the cult symbol in the North-Eastern part of the map (letter E on the world map). It is the Downtown Vinewood district. More precisely, it is the small building neighboring the Pitchers club, among others, i.e. one of the purchase-able estates. Enter the building and watch a cutscene of your meeting with Marnie and several more cultists.

Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%: There are no additional requirements for this mission so, it gets completed in 100% automatically.
