In Metro Exodus, you can find a myriad of interesting characters. Some of them will accompany you on your journey, others you will meet in certain areas of the destroyed world. This chapter focuses on the main characters.
Artyom
The protagonist. He goes on a journey with his companions to find a new place to live a peaceful life. He wants to prove that there is life outside the metro and tries to make contact with the outside world.
Anna
Wife of the main character of the Metro Exodus. It will help you during your mission. She is an outstanding sniper, thanks to which she can always ensure your safety. It tries to approach conflict resolution peacefully.
Miller
The leader. The most important thing for him is the success of the mission, but he will not risk the lives of any of his companions. He treats them like family. Anna's father - a valiant, resolute, and brave man.
Stepan
Specialist in heavy weaponry and one of the strongest warriors. Despite dangerous appearance, he is always helpful and can offer friendly advice. It turns out that this dangerous-looking man also has a sensitive side.
Sam
Miller's personal bodyguard. He is forever optimistic and a born warrior. Great for fighting and excellent for defending the base. He makes you feel safe.
Damir
Medic. He cares for Artyom and the rest. Born in Kazakhstan, he is still loyal to his team. Collected, loyal with high moral code.
Alyosha
He joined the Spartan Rangers after a few years in the Polis Guard. He is very happy to travel in open spaces, outside the subway. Ladies' man, life and soul of the party with well-developed survival instinct.
Tokarev
He creates weapons and upgrades. You can practically always find him in his workshop aboard Aurora. Likes every type of weapon and creates various upgrades for them.
Duke
The youngest of the party. She loves danger and fights. The journey is a great way for him to test his skills. His actions are often driven by emotions, and he gets into trouble.
Yermak
Railway engineer. He will repair any malfunction that occurs in Aurora. Joins the crew in Moscow where he saves Artyom's and Anna's life.
Idiot
A philosopher. He often talks about life and its meaningless. He will carefully consider possible outcomes before taking any action. Well-read, intelligent and with his own perspective on life.
