Before assaulting Fort Portcestre, Eivor has to weaken Fulke's forces – they decide to attack one of the Saxons' camps.
Rewards: 1,700 XP.
Regroup with Stowe
Stowe and Erke are waiting for you near the Saxon camp where many of Fulke's soldiers are stationed. Stowe offers a peaceful solution - you can agree or disagree with it. The dialogue options available at this stage of the game may vary depending on which allies you have managed to get - for example, besides the two sheriffs you can also be accompanied by Ljufvin. If you are playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and following our guide, you will be able to answer as follows.
- We will try it your way, Stowe: Stowe tries to speak to the soldiers stationed in the camp and convince them that there is a place for them in Lunden. He will manage to convince some guards, but not all;
- We would lose the element of surprise: Stowe will not be happy with such a turn of events, but you will attack together;
- I will go in alone: you can try to sneak into the camp and eliminate all targets yourself. If Eivor is discovered, the rest of the allies will rush to help.
Secure the Saxon camp
No matter which option you choose, you will have to secure the camp by eliminating all the targets. After the fight, the mission will end and you will receive 1,700 XP.
