Having a sound plan of action is essential not only in real-life but also in House Flipper 2. With everything thought out, you will avoid situations in the later stages of the process where you'll need to repeat a step, e.g. paint walls again because you've noticed that to furnish the room, the wall layout has to be changed, or you forgot to take out the trash. Taking out the trash

First of all, you should take out already filled garbage bags and additionally gather trash lying on the floor. Thanks to this, you'll see the potential of the room, especially since in some houses/apartments, trash is in large quantity, obstructing the view of the room. Having the apartment cleaned up from trash is a first step towards a successful renovation, so we recommend starting with this. Moreover, you can sell the items gathered in garbage bars for some small financial relief.

Selling items

The second stop in our renovation to-do list is selling unnecessary items or those that were requested by the client. Just like in the case of trash removal, you'll get some transparency and a better view of the room and nothing will clutter the floor and walls, allowing you to proceed to the next steps. Additionally, you'll get some extra money for further actions.

Cleaning, vacuuming and window washing

The next step will be to clean the apartment of dirt, dust and other small debris/clutter. This is important, because without the apartment being sparkly clean, painting walls, putting wallpaper or placing tiles is not a good idea. Besides, you still need to have the apartment clean when you deliver it to the client, and starting other actions before it will only make you lose time.

Demolition and constructing walls

This step is not always required, but if you are playing in Free mode or receive an order that will require this action, this is a good moment to perform this step. Fortunately, you don't have to clean the debris e.g. appearing after having the wall removed - it will simply disappear after a while. Thanks to this step, you can improve the layout of the house/apartment.

Applying paint, tiles and wallpaper

With most of the work being done, you can now proceed to painting walls, putting wallpaper and applying tiles. As you have a lot of free room, bring the bucket with paint or tiles close to you so you don't have to fetch them with each apply.

Buying and unpacking items/objects from boxes

Once everything is ready, you can start taking things out of boxes or purchase items/furniture. Thanks to this, you will decorate the apartment according to the wishes of the clients or your own taste. Plan the furniture layout in advance when the room is still empty. Fortunately, even if the decor lacks, you can move furniture with your hands.
